Replay Competition Terms & Conditions

1. THE COMPETITION

​

  • 1.1 The promoter and organizer of this competition is Tribo Games Oy of Laulunmaankatu 14 B 5, Tampere 33800, Finland (“Tribo Games Oy“, “us” or “we”). These terms and conditions govern the legal relationship between Tribo Games Oy and you (referred to in these terms and conditions as “you”, “yours” or “Entrant”) in relation to the competition.

  • 1.2 The title of the competition is “Rumble Arcade Replay Competition #1”

  • 1.3 To enter the competition, entrants must:

    • 1.3.1 Play Rumble Arcade from play.rumblearcade.io

    • 1.3.2 Register in-game using their Discord account to create an account and leave the Guest Mode

    • 1.3.3 Complete the “Join Rumble Arcade Community!” and “Replay Competition #1” quests on the Rumble Arcade Zealy website available at: https://zealy.io/cw/rumblearcade/questboard

    • 1.3.4 Complete the “Send your replay!” task from the “Replay Competition #1” quests with a valid Rumble Arcade replay URL at least once before the Closing Date

  • 1.4 All information detailed on any of Rumble Arcade websites (including but not limited to www.rumblearcade.io, hereafter referred to as “Rumble Arcade Website”), digital platforms, games or apps or published in any of our newsletters in relation to the entry requirements for this competition form part of these terms. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between that information and these competition terms, the specific competition terms and conditions will prevail.

  • 1.5 Discord does not endorse or sponsor any competitions hosted by Tribo Games Oy and we are not affiliated with Discord in any way.

2. HOW TO PARTICIPATE AND ENTER THE COMPETITION

​

  • 2.1 The competition will run from 1PM CET on Monday 26th February 2024 (the “Opening Date”) to 6PM CET on Friday 1st March 2024 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive.

  • 2.2 All competition entries must be received by Tribo Games Oy by no later than 6PM CET on the Closing Date. All competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.

  • 2.3 No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.

  • 2.4 Tribo Games Oy will not accept:

    • 2.4.1 responsibility for competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or

    • 2.4.2 proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the competition.

  • 2.5 By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  • 2.7 Entries must be submitted via the Zealy website from the Rumble Arcade quest board, through the "Send your replay!" task of the "Rumble Arcade Replay Competition #1" quest series at the following URL: https://zealy.io/cw/rumblearcade/questboard

3. JUDGES

​

  • 3.1 The competition entries will be judged by the Rumble Arcade development team.

  • 3.2 The judges will select their favorite entries fairly based on the creativity and originality of the entry.

  • 3.3 The decision of the panel of judges will be final.

4. ELIGIBILITY

​

  • 4.1 The Competition is open to individuals aged 18 or older residing in Europe and North America, excluding (i) residents of countries/states where conducting such a competition is restricted, (ii) individuals from Mexico and Quebec, and (iii) employees of Tribo Games Oy, their families, representatives, or those in professional affiliation with the Competition.

  • 4.2 Tribo Games Oy will not accept and will disqualify entries that are:

    • 4.2.1 posted on behalf of another user

    • 4.2.2 automatically posted through a third-party software (I.e. Discord bot)

    • 4.2.3 not matching the requirements for entries to qualify for the raffle

    • 4.2.4 a duplicate entry or a copy of an already existing entry within the same competition

  • 4.3 The competition is limited to one entry per individual. Entries posted on behalf of a third party will not be accepted

  • 4.4 Tribo Games Oy maintains the authority to exclude any submission displaying behavior inconsistent with the ethos or objectives of the prize competition.

5. WINNERS

​

  • 5.1 The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

  • 5.2 The winners of the competition will be announced via a post on the official Rumble Arcade Discord and X (formally Twitter) account within fourteen days following the Closing Date.

  • 5.3 Tribo Games Oy is required to disclose or provide evidence of a valid award occurrence. In adherence to this requirement, Tribo Games Oy will reveal the Discord usernames of the competition winners on its official Discord server and X (formally Twitter) account within fourteen days following the Closing Date.

  • 5.4 Tribo Games Oy retains the right to mention you and your connection to the Competition and the prize in all promotional, marketing, and Competition-related materials.

6. PRIZES, PRIZE CLAIM & DELIVERY

​

  • 6.1 The prizes of the competition are 1 random Rumbler NFT allocation and 20 raffle tickets in Rumble Arcade for the first place winner, 1 random Rumbler NFT allocation and 5 raffle tickets in Rumble Arcade for the second place winner, 1 random Rumbler NFT allocation forin Rumble Arcade for the third place winner, 20 raffle ticket in Rumble Arcade for the fourth winner, and 10 raffle tickets in Rumble Arcade for the fifth winner.

  • 6.2 Tribo Games Oy does not accept any liability for claims or prizes which are lost, delayed or damaged in the post or otherwise not validly received by you.

  • 6.3 The prizes are as described in the competition rules and these competition terms and conditions

  • 6.4 The prizes are not negotiable or transferable to another third party

  • 6.5 The prizes will be delivered to your in-game account within fourteen days following the Closing Date.

  • 6.6 If you are the winner of the prize, you will have fourteen days from the Closing Date to claim the prize by following the instructions set out in 5.6. If you do not claim the prize by this date, your claim to the prize will become invalid.

  • 6.7 The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf

  • 6.8 Tribo Games Oy shall endeavor to deliver the specified prizes to the winners within fourteen days following the Closing Date. In the event that Tribo Games Oy is compelled to postpone the reward delivery beyond the fourteen-day period following the Closing Date due to technical constraints or limitations, Tribo Games Oy reserves the right to schedule the prize delivery at the earliest available opportunity.

  • 6.9 Upon the announcement of the competition winner, the winners will have a period of fourteen days to log in to Rumble Arcade and claim their prize.

  • 6.10 Tribo Games Oy holds no responsibility if you are unable to claim your prize.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

​

7.1 To the extent permitted by law, Tribo Games Oy, its agents, or distributors shall not, under any circumstances, be liable or accountable to compensate the winner or accept liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or fatality resulting from claiming the prize, except where such occurrences result from the negligence of Tribo Games Oy, its agents, distributors, or their employees. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

8. OWNERSHIP OF COMPETITION ENTRIES AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

​

8.1 You consent to Tribo Games Oy having the option to, though not obligated to, showcase your entry on any Tribo Games Oy website and other media, whether presently known or invented in the future, in connection with any publicity related to the competition. You agree to grant Tribo Games Oy a non-exclusive, global, irreversible license for the entire duration of any intellectual property rights in the competition entry and accompanying materials, allowing Tribo Games Oy to utilize, exhibit, publish, transmit, duplicate, edit, modify, store, reformat, and sublicense the competition entry and accompanying materials for such purposes.

9. GENERAL

​

9.1 If there is cause to suspect a breach of these terms and conditions, Tribo Games Oy, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify you from participating in the competition.

9.2 Tribo Games Oy reserves the right to void, suspend, cancel, or modify the prize competition if circumstances require such action, including instances where any law or regulation conflicts with these terms or renders Tribo Games Oy's compliance impossible, unlawful, illegal, or unethical.

This Competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered, or associated with Discord, Zealy or X (formally Twitter) in any manner.
