With this Privacy Notice, we provide you with information about how and why we process your personal data as a controller for our business purposes.

2. WHAT DEFINITIONS ARE USED IN THIS PRIVACY NOTICE?

4. FROM WHERE DO WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

9. DO WE COLLECT DATA FROM CHILDREN?​

Our Service is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18 years of age. If you are a parent or guardian and you become aware that your child has provided us with personal data without your consent, please contact us at info@tribo.games. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information from our servers as soon as reasonably possible.
10. CAN THIS PRIVACY NOTICE BE AMENDED?​

We may unilaterally amend this privacy notice. We update the privacy notice as necessary, for example, when there is a change in legislation. Amendments to this privacy notice will take effect immediately when we post an updated version on our website.
If we make significant changes to the privacy notice, or if there is a significant change in the way it is used, we will notify the data subjects.
